GOD, please help!

I dont know what to say....... I hope my God will answer my prayers.

I can only say....

I can only say ~ I feel very depressed and the thought of going there make me feel nausea....... I feel everything is not going on smoothly. I regretted but I cant turn back...... I can only hope that things will be better and will go on smoothly.........

Genting, KL and back to SG....

On the day we arrived (23rd Oct), it was announced that the founder of Genting YBhg Tan Sri Dato' Seri (DR) Lim Goh Tong passed away. Genting will be closed tomorrow from 6am to 6pm.

The weather was very cooling especially at night. Dad loves the cool weather while Mum was freezing there hence she didnt come out to take pictures with us!


We stayed in Berjaya Times Square again. The suite is big and very comfortable.......

The best dinner in KL from "Xiao Xiao Fan Dian"..... It cost only RM233 for a fresh live "river fish", butter tunghoon king prawns, egg yolk crabs, vegetables x2 plates and soup based clams. Inclusive of 4 drinks and a plate of fruits. The boss knew that we came from SG so recommended and served us all the fresh food and even called taxi for us. Initially we were afraid that they may charged us extra but they never. They were very nice and friendly!

Time flies when we enjoy ourselves...... Got to work tomorrow :(

Sunday at work...

The ICU is closing down for renovation hence I was thinking it is the best day to give my colleagues a treat. What's the occasion? Uhmm nothing much, thought that today is the so called last day at work (will be on leave tomorrow) then also leaving to Washington so just cook some food to bring to work.

Prepared some plain macaroni, prawn/ cuttlefish balls, buttered mussels, assam cuttlefish with ladies finger, dou miao with clams, brocoli with mushrooms and sweet and sour prawns.

We gathered in one of the room to enjoy the food together..... think I will miss the days working together.....

Volunteer work ~ Jamiyah Home

Yesterday (Saturday) was Nathan and my rest day. We were assigned to do volunteer work. We brought the elderly from Jamiyah home to Botanic garden for picnic. The elderly were ready when we get there.

They were waiting excitedly for the coach to fetch them to the Botanic garden! Finally they got onto the coach one by one.....

We reached Botanic garden at about 4pm, it was a hot afternoon.... I have no mood to smile lor!

The elderly were very excited when they saw these characters especially the "skinny chicken"! They shouted from far "AYAM AYAM"!!!!!! Hahahahaha

The elderly found a shady spot to gather and sat down and have their bento snack!

There were some stage performance as well. This event was called the Proms at the park. It was a record in the book as it involves most volunteer workers and most people picnic at the same time!

At around 630pm, we gathered to go back to the coach and brought the elderly back to the home.

It was quite a good experience. I guess its quite rare for them to come out so can see that they really enjoy themselves.

HEADACHE!

I have a BIG problem to solve... I am having headaches and sleepless nights! I hope everything can be done and solve ASAP! I am going CRAZY!

Last morning

Tomorrow will be my last morning working outside. It has been a long 5 long weeks of working.... I will be back to the ICU for 2 days then go on a week leave.
Thanks to everyone from every station, everyone has been working very hard these days and everyone has helped me a lot, thanks!
PHEW.... finally its over!

These few days

SOOoo many days never blog.... Yeah lor, busy and .... tired .... I had my rest day last week on Sat and Sun. Did nothing much, just went out for window shopping and makan. The above were some food from my neighbour...


This was Sunday dinner at Suki sushi. It was good!

My two evening were really busy. Monday, the ICU was very occupied then many things to handle in the side stations (Resus, AOR, searching for beds). I spent most of my time helping out in the ICU.
Today, the HD/ ICA was busy. Needed beds for DEM and procedure cases. I felt very bad to allocate patients to either side because I knew that they were very busy. I tried to help but how much can I help??? I really feel that something need to be done, each station are struggling with 2 staff but the management still think that we are "over staff". Is that so??? Currently, the staff were able to finish their work because they sacrifice their break time and they have to "dehydrate" themselves so that they dont have to visit the toilet. I would say if the management really want quality, we wont be able to provide. No time to PR or take very good care of the patients lor! Sigh... I dont know lah, I am not in the position to say anything.... and I dont like the role of allocating patients, it makes me feels bad.
This was my dinner... Quickly went down to the kopitiam to get rice. I am not like the hardworking staff, when I am hungry, I must eat!

Tiring day

This morning started work at 8am. The ward was all right... In the afternoon, I went to visit one of our colleague who was admitted thereafter I went to the staff clinic to finish up my medical examination.
2 days back just received news that I am leaving to Washington on the 3rd Nov. I have to search for 2 surety (ASAP), go for medical check up (ASAP), decided which flight to book, decide where to stay.... How to decide when you dont even know anything about the city??? I have no idea even after I browsed through everything online.
I have done the "ASAP" stuff and left with the flight and accomdation. After work, I went people's park with silly boy to check out the airfare. It is slightly cheaper than the corporate rate so we booked from the agency.
PHEW... finally settled everything today. What I have to do is to summit those documents tomorrow, booked the recommended apartment and get ready my stuff to go there. I dont like the rush but I have no choice.........
Went golden mile to book tour for my parents and had our dinner there. We were starving! We had pineapple rice, sambal kangkong, stuffed boneless chicken and omelette with prawns.


Lastly, our dessert ~ glutinous rice with mango......


So sleepy now.........

Afternoon shift today...

After work, silly boy drove me back to AMK to have our dinner. He suggested to have fish head soup tonight.
Uhmmm....nice especially when we were hungry. The hot soup is sweet and tasty and the garopa is fresh. I dont like rice so I ordered fried bee hoon to go with the soup. We finished up everything. Each about 3 bowls of soup with ingredients.
A great dinner after a tiring day of work!

Sunday~ afternoon shift

Back to work after two days off....managed to complete some paperwork then was called upon to attend to a fall case. Sigh...... tomorrow is Monday, dont know what will be boss's reaction. Fortunately patient was quite all right..................
Was occupied so did not have my cup noodles that I brought to work this afternoon hence after work, silly boy drove me to chomp chomp to have BBQ wings! At least something to brighten my evening heeeeeee had 3 wings and two pieces of pizza (prepared by silly boy's mum). That was my dinner.
Another morning shift tomorrow...... Hope tomorrow will be fine..... and another 5 days before my rest day!

Rest day

Another rest day today.... Uhmmm this morning slept till 1130am then woke up to finish up two HK serials. Followed by napped again heeeee rest day must have plenty of rest!
The first thing I did this morning was called M hotel to make reservation for dinner tonight. However it was fully booked! So sad..... so evening time we went Suntec to have steamboat. Dont know why I love steamboat so much.... I think I like the boiling hot soup and the dipped sauce. Usually I mix the dipped sauce myself, to make sure that it is salty enough hahaha


Not bad lah but still think M hotel is much better....

Yesterday and today

Yesterday evening after morning shift, I went movie. Silly boy booked a pair of movie tickets at Cathy. The movie is of course by Aaron ~ The detective. I told silly boy not to expect too much from the movie because it may be boring (ops!).... Who knows, it turned out to be nice! I like this kind of "easily understand" movie, even its something of a similar plot from any of the previous movie. I even get shocked by 3 scenes hahaha it is not consider a horror movie however there are a few "scary" or in fact...."shocking" scenes. I enjoyed throughout (also because it is by Aaron) and silly boy like it as well. It is nice leh, watch it! ;)

Today, finally get to off after many days of tired work however still went back for ward meeting in the afternoon. Around late evening after the meeting, silly boy and I drove to Vivo to shop. Went to the supermarket and bought some stuff and then went for dinner at food republic. Uhmmmm the food is nice but rather expensive.

This nasi lemak cost me $6.50 and the rice, soup, chicken and steamed eggs cost silly boy $7.20. Luckily it was nice if not really not worth it.
After dinner was shopping again then supper at chomp chomp. YUMMY... BBQ wings! Thereafter was drinking at Olie Molie.
Another rest day tomorrow! YEAH!
