Went to Kavi's condo after work this afternoon. It is a nice and cosy one, not too many things in the house and it is neat and tidy ;)

Got my 2nd bronze after many years of service in my centre hahahaha felt a little shameful instead of happy hahahahaha ok lah never mind, work harder, it still serve as an encouragement! ;) Years ago I got it together with Alice and Fengying and today, I met the same people again hahahaha................
The past week was tiring but this week seems more busy. More things was assigned to do and its getting more stress day by day because there will be auditors coming to check the ward next week...... Sigh....... Very sien leh! When can I have some peace???????

Our off day

Woke up early in the morning to the market with my silly boy. Silly boy wanted to cook assam fish head curry for us to try tonight so I went to the market with him to get the ingredients.

Cannot see the big fish head clearly because it is covered up by the ladies finger and brinjah. Parents said it tastes good haha... its good lah, thank you silly boy!
The other dish was ~ yong tau fu. That was cooked by me. ;)

Shopping day

Nathan and I was talking about someone, then after we turned our heads away, we started drawing the someone on the paper at the same time hahahhahahahaha such a coincidence hahahaha moreover look alike leh hahahahahahahahaha

Lunch was at Bugis food court. I had smashed chicken rice from the malay stall.... Nice.... then after Nathan left, I went Orchard to meet my mum. I saw this poster heeeeee AARON KWOK's new movie!

Mum and I had dinner at food republic. We had hokkien mee and char kway teow... lots of prawns in the hokkien mee and lots of big cockles in the char kway teow! Though both are popular, I prefer the char kway teow.

Chinese Garden

It was very crowded at Chinese Garden tonight. I queued for almost half an hour just to get into the carpark. The lights are much more beautiful than seeing it in these pictures.

Wedding by the sea

Went to a wedding buffet dinner at Rasa Sentosa. It was a wedding by the sea.... though it was windy, I felt quite humid.

This is the gift...... and this is my silly boy and me!

Dinner ended at 2230hrs. While it was still early, my silly boy and I drove to the nearest clubbing house which is "St James"! Long time never been there. It was rather crowded at Dragonfly, hence we have to stand to enjoy the live band. We went off after two hours.

Time to ZZZZzzzzzzzzzz...... VERY VERY SLEEPY! GOOD NIGHT!

A surprise!

My silly boy came late to fetch me just now. I thought he came out of the house late but then to my surprise, he actually went to buy me a new anklet. I told him on Wednesday that I dropped my anklet (which I have been wearing it for almost 5 years) and I was quite upset about it. He bought one for me with a little card attached. He told me that he has been busy this week and he hoped that I dont feel neglected hahahaha
Of course I dont feel neglected lah silly boy hahahahahahaha anyway... "Thank you silly boy, I like it!"


We went to have KFC coz we were both feeling very hungry! This was what we had! 3 drumlets, 3 piece chicken, cheesy meltz, cheese fries, whipped potato and a large pepsi! BURP!!!

Tired but fruitful day

This afternoon was busy. I didnt expect the bed situation to be so bad. Fortunately my SNM came to my rescue and solved the problem for me. I felt quite bad for the staff because she has to admit many cases to her vacant room. I tried to help whenever I could but I have many other things to do at the other stations as well. Sigh...... how to manage the situation in a better way??? I really dont know............
No doubt I was occupied, I learnt a lot today. It was a fruitful evening! Anyway, I have to thank everyone who worked very hard this afternoon. I appreciate your help. THANKS....

3rd day of the week

I find that this week passes very slowly. Its only Wednesday today....... Work was all right this afternoon, fortunately beds were available for the procedure cases and no complicated cases/ situation to handle. That was what I hoped for yesterday, PHEW!...
My rest day of the week is Sunday.... another 3 days to go!

Yesterday and 1st day of work

Yesterday:

Little Genevieve was having fever yesterday. I purposely went to take a look at her at Bukit Timah while her whole family was having dinner. She doesnt want me to carry her, kept crying and hugging on to her daddy and mummy....... :(

Supposed to go Suntec to have Japanese buffet however it was raining and was late after we visited baby Gen hence I suggested "paper wrapped chicken" near Bukit Timah. I was too hungry to take more pictures of the food, there were squid and vegetables as well. It was a simple but nice dinner.

Today:
Started work at 8am and came home around 5plus. Well, work was all right perhaps it is just the beginning. I supposed it would be more to do as days go by. There are a lot more to learn and experience. Whatever it is.... just have to try it out. I hope I would be able to adapt to the new role soon.

Story of how silly boy met silly gal

I have never mentioned in my blog that I am attached. Yeah, it has been 3 months. I told my silly boy that he has to go through 3 months probation before introduce him in my blog hahahaha very bad of me uh... Nah, actually its just a joke, I didnt put him on probation lah. He asked me how come I do not want to talk about him in my blog, I told him probably I will do it when we are more settled.
Today (16 Sept) is our 3rd "monthly-versary", and he sent me the following attachment via email... All right, I think its time to introduce him to everyone and share the story of how we met.... the following is written by my silly boy.

Sky : “Hi, there! You have a great smile. Can I get to know u? Do u msn? Hope to chat with u some time? Cheers!

Bala : “dino_xxx@XXX.com”

Sky added Bala in msn. Sky aka silly boy started chatting with Bala aka silly gal for some time (for about 9months) whenever possible and time permits. Many a times meetings were mentioned but it was never possible to achieve.

One day Bala was having dinner at ‘Spageddies’ with her cousin, her cousin’s husband and her beloved niece, Genevieve. Sky happened to walked pass without noticing her seated near the entrance. One glance and Bala could recognised Sky eventhough they have never met.

She excitedly told her cousin that the guy that had just walked past looks familiar and could possibly be someone she knew but dare not confirmed it. Texts were sent to one another to confirm and it was true that Sky was the one who had just walked past. As he was with a friend having dinner she decided not to approach because they did not meet each other before.

Bala held her birthday in St. James powerhouse. Sky was busy with work at that time, he sent her text wishing her a happy birthday as well as to inform her that meeting was not possible. She mentioned that she was clearing her 10 days leave hence will be free to meet some other day.

The following day after her celebration, they coincidentally came online (msn) at the same time. After chatting for some time, it was made known to Sky that Bala has to rush to meet her jogging buddies in ECP. Before heading down to meet her friends, both Sky and Bala made appointment to meet for dinner after the jog.

After many unsuccessful attempts they finally met the very first time. The meet up was in Northpoint. Sky was late due to unforeseen jam on the way to the carpark. He was travelling up the escalator when he saw Bala standing at the entrance of Northpoint directly outside OCBC bank.

They greeted one another. “Hi, what would u like to have for dinner?” They decided to just take a look and let the escalator lead them. They were walking towards the ‘Sakura’ Halal Thai restaurant when suddenly ‘Sakae sushi’ at the corner caught their eyes. They decided to have ‘Sakae’ sushi instead.

While dinner was going on at ‘Sakae sushi’ many things went through Sky’s mind. He is very impressed with her looks, her character and the way she brings herself. Time flies. Dinner ends fast and unknowingly. Sky suggested a chat at Seletar’s dam. He asked if Bala has enough time, as she needs to meet her friends at MOS. 20mins was the reply.

Without hesitation, he drove her together to the dam. They sat and chatted for 10mins and he drove her back to Yishun 10 where she had parked her car. Though the time spent was short but he enjoyed every moment spent with her.

From that moment, Sky started thinking of Bala when she left to meet her friends. Thoughts that were running in his mind were, “She’s the ONE!” “When will I be able to see her again?” “Can’t wait for the next opportunity to meet up!” “Time really flies when we were having fun.”

Texts were sent regularly after meeting up that night. Sky was yearning much to meet Bala again. Feelings began to build up within him though it was merely the first meeting. He decided to give it a try.

Coincidentally 5mins after Bala had logged on to msn the very next day, Sky came online. She was rather surprised to see him online. They started chats as usual and this time Sky took the opportunity to ask if she would be free to meet as he wanted to catch ‘Spiderman 3’ which had been in the cinemas for some time. She agreed.

That afternoon, they had lunch in ‘Ajisen’ followed by movie in Bishan Junction 8. Sky just could not take his eyes off Bala as the movie was being screened. He enjoyed the time spent with her though he didn’t really catch much of the movie. He sent her home after the movie.

They did not meet until 3 days later. Sky went to Bala’s house carpark after work to wait for her. She was having drinks in Balaclava that night with her friends after her afternoon tour at work. They drove to ECP and chatted through the night till 6AM! After sending her home, Sky has to report for work the very next moment.

Sky misses Bala badly thinking if she felt the same way too. Smses were exchanged very frequently. Feelings grew stronger after that night at ECP. Truths about one another were exchanged. They began to fall deeply for one another...........

Uhmm yeah, that is how we met and started. People may find it weird to meet up with someone that only chatted online but personally I believe it is fate that bring two person together. Where we meet, how we get to know or meet each other is not important, most importantly is who we get to meet. I am glad that I met my silly boy and started out with him. It has been 3 months and I have to thank him for being very nice and caring towards me and willing to change his bad temper for me. He has put in a lot of effort and I can see he is a changed person. Good work my silly boy and THANKS for being there for me! ;)

Leave ending

Yup, its already Saturday...... Time flies! How I wish I can have another week of leave, I dont mind to just slack at home ;)
Let me recall.... I been to MOS, been to pubs, watched two serials, went to a few restaurants, went ECP a couple of times, met up with a few friends/ cousins, went shopping, visited grandpa.... basically thats about all. Its nothing exciting but I really dont mind, probably I get very tired of working already!
Have to start work on Monday...

On Leave

Yesterday evening spent my second day of my leave at Taka. I met Jenna and had dinner at Ambush at Taka food court. The above was what we had... quite nice and reasonable.

Just came home from MOS. It was crowded however the music was on so so..... anyway I did enjoy ;)

The great 3 nights!

Last night we sat and enjoyed our supper together, I cooked mussels, prawns, stingray, ladies fingers and squid heeeeeeee 3 good nights without admissions! GREAT!
YEAH, I am on LEAVE!!!!!!!!!

Supper for second night

Last night we ordered food. I had lamb chop heeeee very nice leh...the rest they had hokkien mee, roti john and prata.
We had a peaceful second night, and hope my last night would be good as well! I will be on a week leave tonight heeeeeeee YEAH!
