These few days
Was too busy to blog these few days due to lots of activities heeeee
*Sunday karaoke till early Monday morning... SOOoooooo sleepy and tired! After a few hours of sleep, I woke up and prepare to meet Nathan!
*Monday was Nathan's birthday ~ Happy Belated Birthday Nathan! Together with a group of colleagues, we went picnic at East Coast. Many turned up despite of the bad weather. It was an enjoyable celebration and we took lots of funny pictures together ~ the spastic ones, the "jumping" ones, the kissing ones etc etc (please view Nathan's blog for pictures) We went home at 9plus and it took me almost half an hour to reach Wati's home due to the heavy rain!
The rain never seems to stop, the wiper is getting exhausted! It is so difficult to drive with heavy downpour and its really testing my driving skills. I saw quite a few accidents for the past few days, I supposed its better to stay at home uh???
*Today was out since lunch time. Run errands, shopping and dinner at M hotel. With the "Copthorne Group" membership card (which I bought last month), I am entitled to a 50% discount when I visit any of the Copthorne Group restaurant. I went to "The Buffet" for steamboat buffet dinner which cost originally $38+++ per pax. The total bill came up to only $44. Tea was free, parking was redeemable, its quite worth it. There were seafood, vegetables, drunken prawns, yong tau fu etc on the buffet table. Not a wide range of variety but everything was fresh and scrumptious especially the chicken. It was so nice and tender that I thought I was eating a piece of fish! I wonder how they make it so tender and taste so sweet like the fish. There were 4 type of soup base ~ turtle, tom yum, vegetables and chicken soup. I chose turtle and tom yum soup and both the soup base taste really good! The service provided was excellent, the staff are attentive and polite. I had a satisfying dinner!
