Resus

It seems like all the actions started early morning for the past few nights. This morning 0440hrs there was a patient collapsed in one of the station and I received a call from the station staff to assist in the resus. Upon arrival, I saw two doctors and the very messy E-cart. I was very frustrated throughout the resus because of many issues however I think its not so ethical to blog it. Anyway after 45mins of resus in that station, we managed to bring back some rhythm on the patient so we transferred the patient into the ICU. About less than 10mins, the patient collapsed again, we resuscitated the patient for another half an hour but this time round there was no response no matter what drugs we gave. The patient pronounced dead at 0630hrs.
I left the ward at 0800hrs again. Very upset with the resus event and pissed with two particular person involved in the resus! There was this particular person that Bel, Ros and myself got very frustrated talking to her because she likes to ignore us and just never do the work that we needed her to do. Much later I found out the reason from another person why is she behaving like that.
We were angry but we cant blame her.
