Mon, Veteran's day ~ PH

PS~ Veteran's Day commemorates the armistice that ended World War I and honors those who fought. It is known as Remembrance Day in Canada and was formerly known as Armistice Day in the United States.

Yeah, is a PH in Washington today and I dont have to work. Woke up at 830am by Silly boy! Hahaha he called me and woke me up lor heeeeeee....
"Its ok silly boy, it is nice to hear from you! ;) thanks for your pictures heeee like your long hair but I know you are cutting it soon!"

Had the banquet meatball spagetti today with salad. GOOD! Tasty!

Look at OD hahahaha cute hor... he is feeling COLD!
Oh well, rest for so many days, it is time to do some work today... but boring xia!
After about 2 hours of work, I watched my series again. The series really exciting! Made me laugh, made me cried, made me angry with some of the characters in there.... Good show!

Heeee menu for tonight ~ ORIENTAL FOOD! Oriental style angel hair with asparagus and stirred fried chicken with ginger and spring onions! When I have limited sauces and ingredients, I just have to be innovative. Try out everything, anyway I am the only one eating heeeeee

The angel hair taste good! Try it out hahahahaha cheap and nice!

*ORIENTAL STYLE ANGEL HAIR WITH ASPARAGUS*
1) Heat the pan

2) Heat oil then add in garlic to stir fried till fragrance
(Meanwhile boil another pot of water add some oil to boil the angel hair)

3) Add in asparagus into the pan to stir fried. When pan almost dry up add oyster sauce and sesame oil. Stirred fried again then add in some water (enough to cover the asparagus), cover lid, turn down fire, heat about 1min

4) Remember to boil the angel hair and sieve it

5) Back to the pan, open up the lid, throw in the angel hair and stirred fried with the asparagus for about a min

6) Make sure not too dry, if too dry add in some water, if not tasty enough add some salt or more oyster sauce, mix it and it is ready to be serve.............. ;)

ENJOY IT UH......
P/S: Sesame oil and oyster sauce do wonders!!!!!!!!!!!!!
