2nd day in WHC
Started work early morning, my timing is from 7am till 330pm. I was assigned to follow a PRC staff nurse!!!!! So glad that I see a CHINESE here, someone who speaks the same language! I am so lucky. She taught me many things and showed me around the CCU. I even hands on, helped them with patients' care. I helped out in one of the "near collapsed" patient, I wanted to help to set plug because everyone tried but failed, though they allowed me to try, guess what?????? I got it through the artery!!!!!! Wa lau! People asked me set plug, I set arterial line hahahahahahhahaha.... but actually quite fun hahaha... people are very friendly and sometimes too friendly till I dont know what to reply, a little dont know how to interact. Different culture lor, the patients are every independent and they remember our names very well.
There are many gadgets that they have and we dont, I am impressed with some of it. They are very generous with the supplies as well, never talk about cut cost!
The above is a patient's diet, they have roast turkey for lunch!!! WOW!
After work, went shopping at White Flint. It took us some time to find the place hence on the way, we went in to McDonalds hahaha yeah lor, again leh! This time tried the chicken sticks, tastes like KFC's pop corn chicken.
Saw this little shoes for the kids, so cute!
This silly boy loves this suit, but thought it is useless in SG so he decided not to buy. However.... he just refused to take it off! I bought something finally! A coach wristlet heeeeeee coach is not as cheap as what people told me lah but I like it so buy lor heeeeeee
After shopping, silly boy cooked dinner for me, because he is going back tomorrow :( *sad*
Some salad wrapped and potatoes
Roast turkey and angel hair in tomato sauce with beef and mushrooms. The roast turkey breast meat and angel hair is delicious!
Thanks to silly boy, he has been washing clothes/ plates (though its only dumped in the machine, he is always the one who do the dumping), hanging clothes, clearing trash, buying groceries, cooking and sending and picking me to work these few days... so sad that he will be going home tomorrow........ :(

There's a toilet bowl in the patient's room!?!
The side rails are all padded, not bad ah? If Jayarani clean, I think she will take the whole day to clean 1 room. Wash toilet, take out all the mattress and padding, clean thoroughly, then put back... HAHA..
