Yesterday

Went back to AMK yesterday, the lights and fans are already up. The place has also cleared up... soon it will be ready!

We went Ikea after AMK and we had a heavy dinner! Silly hubby was very very hungry so he ordered two main course (dory with rice and salmon with potatoes) followed by fried chicken wings and meatballs! Eeeeee too much lor somemore he can tell me "I promise mama to take care of you mah, you cannot dont eat!" Dont know is real or he was extremely hungry hahaha anyway I ate small portion of the food then that Silly hubby finished everything.

These were the trolley of stuff that we got. Coffee table, dining table, 10 stools, 4 chairs, carpet and some others kitchen stuff.

We went to the delivery counter and saw "Goods below $300 delivery charge at $50 and above $300 is $55". Uhhhh how come the more you buy the more you got to pay?!?! That was not all, we thought we could choose any date for delivery however that is not the case. Delivery must be within the next 3 days if not goods will be charge $5 per day for storing there. Uhhhh! Our house not ready leh!

To save that $80 over bucks... I finally came out with an idea. I called Jenna for help! Luckily I have her this great old time friend staying opposite my block heee she agreed to keep those stuff for me in her study room till the day I move back! EHHH thanks leh friend!

We moved everything to the car then realised the stuff were SO HEAVY! How are we going to bring up to Jenna's house!???!?!?!?

Well..... wanna save $ mah, no matter how heavy we still got to carry up! (what more its already in the CAR!) Silly hubby kept repeating the sentence "EHhh buy so much willing to pay for the goods but not willing to pay for the delivery! We CRAZY hor!??!?!?!"

We carried those stuff up one by one and bags by bags. The most heavy one was the dining table! Silly hubby carried it at his back and was like "WAHHHHHHHHHH I am like COOLIE! This bloody table SO HEAVY!" HHAHAHAHahahaha I laughed and laughed! That was funny but we enjoyed doing these together hahahhahahaha that's how we helped and support each other to make things happen!

Finally got everything up to Jenna's place at 11pm. Really thank her for doing us a big favour! After settling the stuff, 3 of us went over to the house again to take a look. Hmmm really look forward to move back!

JOSHUA IS TWO MONTHS OLD TODAY!
