Best dinner... day 19 in Washington

This morning grabbed a bagel and cheese spread then ate along the way to metro station. This morning was extremely hot, 16 degrees....... so warm! Everyone complaint about the weather... the reason was because everyone wears thick layer of clothes as weather fluctuates so once the weather goes up everyone will feel warm!

Today I took a LVAD patient for a walk then we strolled to the garden...... so shiok! hahahaha

Yeah! 330pm! Time to go home!

Went safeway again! Get some stuff for tomorrow "thanksgiving" dinner!!!! heeeee ended up I bought more things to cook for tonight! Guess what I cooked for dinner?????? Clue~ chicken broth....

These were some of the ingredients ~ sausages, prawns, tilapia and scallops..... no idea?????!!!

STEAMBOAT!!!!!!!! No lah, no steam while eating so its called HOTPOT!!!!!!!!

WOOOOoooooooo nice soup base with the best dip sauce (modified from Luo Tao's "mala" dip sauce heeee because I got limited resources heeee its chopped garlic, pasley with sesame oil and oyster sauce!!!!!!)

Mixed it together with the ingredients taste even nicer!!!! One of the best meal I had! ;)
