Finally......

I went queensway this afternoon to shop for my running shoes and attire! YEah, after many months of "talking", finally I made up my mind to do some exercise (and put words into action)!
Sitilok met me there to give me some advise. Well, I didnt know the running shorts can be quite expensive. Spent almost $200 for the "full set" of running attire! Sitilok mentioned that I never even think of the price when I open a bottle of whisky however complaint so much on investing something that is supposed to be good for myself hahahahahahaha yeah he got the point! In the end I chose to shut up because I dont know how to answer him back hahahahaha

After I got everything, we went East Coast and reached at 6pm. We started from Fort Road all the way to Mac as I was supposed to meet Calvin there. He was there running too. The first sentence that Calvin said was "Dying already or not??????" EHHHHHH really look down on me man!!!!!!!! Running there was not much of a problem lah but then..... problem started when I ran back. I was very tired, very breathless lor!!!!!!!!!! Wont die lah but body aching already hahahahahaha.... The last time I ran was 10 years ago during secondary school days and that was being forced to (the physical fitness test)...... Sitilok said today we completed almost 4km heeee
Uhmmmm though body aching but not going to give up. Calvin and Sitilok even asked me to take part in the Standard Chartered 10km run! That one really can die hahahaha! I just wanna run to keep fit ok, spare me lah!

Those who follow up with 4d will know that 2013 came out first prize on Sat but I didnt strike! I didnt buy on Sat lor!!!!!!! :( 20k gone..... well, its not mine.... but at least tonight I got something back :) i-bet on 7576 heeeeeeeeeee
