Soooooo busy!

Its my turn to work outside again and today was my first afternoon. It was a very busy afternoon. The ICU was also extremely occupied too, therefore in anyway I will end up "suffering" working in either place!
I took over with 8 patients and passed over a totally different group of patients. Sent out 6 and took in 6 new patients! Some patients were very understanding, some were so demanding... what to do, there are all sorts of people in the world!
One of the patient that I received was given a lot of diuresis yet was not catheterise. The patient had no choice but to pee on his pants when he was on the way up. The bed sheet, trolley and the patient was soaked with urine. The person who sent the patient up is just so lazy and irresponsible! It is really terrible! I was already very frustrated and this thing added on, I almost stroke out!
Reached home at 10plus and ate some left over food! Whatever lah, what more can I ask for?!Never have proper dinner, whatever I found in the fridge I just heat up and gobbled it up!
Tired and sleepy now..... totally drained....
