What is happening at work?!

Everything was just not right at work! Started off this morning with 6 patients and out of the 6, 5 are females patients. Those females patients was really driving us CRAZY!
Let me start with room 14, she was so attitute! She is well and yet need isolation that's why was in the ICU then whenever she finished her meals she will just KICK the tray and it will toppled all over! What's next??! Of course we have to clear the mess!
Room 18 was the one who really pissed us off, she YELLED and YELLED non stop that we have to go in one by one to give her a good lecture! YELLING AND YELLING, can you guys imagine how noisy was the ICU and how disturbed was the other patients???!!?!?!?!?
Room 19, the sick patient (my patient), just dont know what is wrong with her! Her BP just cannot sustained, I ran numerous fluids and was like correcting potassium, running PCT and FFP (HB 4.9!!!!!!), started and terminated CVVH, sitting her up and down (upon her request!)! Worst of all, there was a big haematoma over at her groin near the vascular catheter! Urgent CT abdomen/ pelvis was ordered......... just very occupied with her! This is the picture that I took before we send her for scan, so many drips. (Yeah I was going home at that time that's why I have time to take pictures hehe)
Fortunately my intubated female patient in room 20 was all right. Though she is intubated but she is the best patient of all! In fact my colleagues helped me with her routines, thank you guys!
Room 21, really no comments, she was the "call bell queen" initially, called every 5mins to change her diapers. However this morning was rather drowsy so she was considered slightly better than the rest of the patients!
I was dead tired around noon, walked and worked continuously, my colleagues were really tired as well..... battery flat again at 1515hrs!

Sent Nathan home and went back to nap. Last minute plan to do dinner with Nathan but was afraid to tell dad because he told me this morning that he intended to brew soup. Though soup is my favourite, I was still very tempted to go out..... Nathan sms me at 1600hrs asked me whether to fetch her at 1830hrs so I have no choice but to tell dad that I am going out for dinner (AGAIN). Surprisingly he sounded all right, so I asked him to save a big bowl of soup for me! Hehe my acting not bad, he was ok....
I drove Nathan to my favourite Golden mile for the Thai beef noodles, WOW, so delicious! Not forgetting to order our favourite prawn cakes, so BIG, NICE AND CHEAP! Everything was at the cost of only $14, its really worth the money!


No where to hang out after dinner so we went over to drinkerz. As usual, regulars came only after 10pm. Was very surprised to see James with his new PERMED hair! Hahahaha was laughing at it initially then after that was like get used to it hehehehe Uhmmm Nathan told him direct that it doesnt look nice hahahahahaha I was like.... Uhmmm ok lor new look! Hehehehe...
Got a free jug of beer from Roy, and after the first jug, got another from the "staring man"! Yeah he kept staring at us, dont know what is his name but then he is the regular there and is always there staring at us. Anyway, didnt drink much of his, I went over tables to pour it to others hehehe.............
We left around 2345hrs, considered really early tonight. Nathan meeting someone and me, remember, I have to go home for BIG BOWL OF SOUP. My stomach is full of beer but then I have to finish the soup that dad prepared and saved for me. PAPA, it is really very tasty, I love the soup! Very nice, thank you!
After the soup I am more sober, full of WATER in the stomach now! BURP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Going to bed and prepare to work tomorrow!
