What a day!

Yeah started off with a very occupied morning shift. Nathan's patient was not in a good condition so did a lot of things for her patient (cultures, lines, CVVH etc etc....) A&E called for beds when we havent even finish with Nathan's patient, so frustrating and it had to be 2 patients coming at the same time! One going for acute PTCA and one intubated with fast AF! DAMN frustrating! I have to order stock at the same time attend to these sick patients! We were really tired and frustrated! Finally it was 115pm and the afternoon staff finally came to take over us, I passed the central report with a lot of my complaints and frustration!
So tired that we cant wait for the shift to end, look at the picture of me, Walla and Nathan pouting! hehe so cute! The pictures were taken at the end of the shift, we cant wait to go home!




I went home straight after and napped for half an hour. I woke up at 530pm to prepare to go out for dinner at the Cafe Brio's. As I said it was recommended by one of our ICU MO... It looks really good and we started getting our food immediately after the waiter lead us to our table! It is $44 per person and I think its quite worth it, I was very full at the end of the dinner! Eugene didnt join us because he is sick so left with Sitilok, Elaine and me. Uhmmm as usual Nathan was rather messy on the dining table, she toppled the soya sauce at the very beginning, then stained her blouse, then followed by... ok whatever it is, she admitted that she is messy. Its ok Nathan, I still like you! (Look at the first picture on top, the most messy side was where Nathan was sitting! Hehe....)
We ate non stop for almost 3 hours! BURP! I quite like the spread, quite worth the $! (There were fresh oysters, sashimi, prawn mee, mussels, clams, BBQ prawns/ Otar, nice cooked dishes, nice desserts........)
We went to drinkerz after dinner. We played the "bluff" game and the silly tortoise game again (or whatever Kevin called it, the "bird game"). Later came Ivan and friends... we drank about 3-4 jugs, cant remember. I sang a couple of songs and Sitilok and Nathan played games. Yeah what a day, started off bad and ended up good! :) (The first picture at drinkerz is the sweet Candy and Kevin the boss!)
